FIT4BABY Session

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

The FIT4BABY class is designed to give mom a safe and effective total-body workout, including cardio endurance, strength conditioning, and core balance appropriate for every stage of her pregnancy. FIT4BABY classes connect, educate and celebrate this unique and amazing time in a woman’s life! Each class ends with time for meditation and reflection, providing more time for mom to connect with the baby in utero.
