Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, Run Club is designed to help you build endurance, confidence, and community—all while having fun. This 8-week training program offers expert coaching, accountability, and motivation to keep you on track toward your running goals. If you’re training for the Big House 5K or simply looking for a supportive group to run with, this is for you.

Run Club includes weekly in-person meetups, personalized coaching, virtual calls for motivation and tips, and a strong community to keep you accountable. You’ll also have access to virtual training classes and Body Boost to help with cross-training.

New this year, we’re hosting our very own Fit4Mom 5K on April 12 so all mamas can cross the finish line together. No matter your pace, you belong here. Lace up, find your stride, and let’s run together, mama!
